RATES & TAXES

Our prices are fixed for the whole house per night based on 1 or 2 people. Breakfast is included.

Extra people (6 people max) is 20€/night.

The rates include 10% VAT.

Our rates don’t include tourist tax (€2.1/night/person).

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

To be effective, the reservation must be accompanied by payment of a deposit of 50% of the stay (by bank transfer or online payment via PayPal).

The balance will be to pay 7 days prior to the date of arrival, by bank transfer or Paypal.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

In case of cancellation confirmed by email until 31 days prior to the estimated date of arrival, refund of all monies paid.

In case of cancellation confirmed by email between 30 and 7 days prior to the supposed date of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the amount of advance payments.

In case of cancellation confirmed by email within 7 days to the day of the supposed date of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total amount of the accomodation. In case of no-show, the cancellation fee will be the total amount of the reservation.
