RATES & TAXES

Our prices are fixed per room and per night based on 1 or 2 people. Breakfast is included.

The rates include 10% VAT.

Extra bed  = 15€/night (only valid for the Bedrooms Tlata and Setta).

Please note we do not accept children below 3 years to retain a quite atmosphere at the Riad.

Our rates don’t include tourist tax (€2.1/night/person).

DEPOSITS & PAYMENT

To be effective, the reservation must be accompanied by payment of a deposit of 50% of the stay (by bank transfer or online payment via PayPal).

The balance will be to pay at the riad with cash or credit card.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

In case of cancellation confirmed by email until 31 days prior to the estimated date of arrival, refund of all monies paid.

In case of cancellation confirmed by email between 30 and 14 days prior to the supposed date of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the amount of advance payments.

In case of cancellation confirmed by email within 14 days to the day of the supposed date of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the total amount of the accomodation.In case of no-show, the cancellation fee will be the total amount of the reservation.
